- Measures 16 ft. x 32 ft. with 2 rooms 16x16 each over 2 rooms with corner staircase entered from room on right.
- Downstairs ceiling height 8 ft. 10 in. - Upstairs 7 ft. 10 in.
- One board pine wainscoting in all four rooms.
- Unique reeded mantels found only in small section of Virginia
- Particularly nice heart pine flooring.
